Founded by Ben, Ultime Velo is a family-run bike shop with a difference. We don’t operate like a traditional store. When you visit, we take the time to sit down and understand what you want from your riding experience. From there, Ben helps bring your dream bike to life, ordering in the perfect fit and crafting a custom build tailored just for you.

By his side is Emily, the driving force behind our community and social presence. Passionate about both road and mountain biking, she’s actively involved in the local cycling scene and always finding new ways to bring people together—on and off the bike. Their two young kids are part of the shop’s energy and vibe, learning the ropes and cheering riders on. And of course, our shop dog is always around for hugs and high-fives.
