- Returns & Exchanges (Clothing)
Clothing can be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided it is unused, unwashed, in original condition, and accompanied by all tags and packaging. A valid receipt must be presented. Returns are only accepted for purchases made directly from Ultime Velo. - Faulty Items
Faulty clothing must be reported within 14 days of purchase. Eligible faults will be addressed by refund, store credit, or replacement, in line with Australian Consumer Law.
4. Helmets – Terms and Conditions
- No Change-of-Mind Returns
Helmets are non-refundable unless they are unused, in sealed original packaging, and returned within 7 days with a valid receipt. - Fit and Sizing
Exchanges for fit may be considered at our discretion, only if the helmet is unused and in perfect condition with original tags and packaging. - Faulty Helmets
Faults must be reported within 14 days for assessment and resolution. - Crash Replacements
Certain helmet brands offer crash replacement programs. We can assist with submitting claims where applicable.
