Shipping Policy – Ultime Velo

At Ultime Velo, we aim to get your gear to you quickly and safely so you can get back on the road, trail, or track. Please read the following shipping terms before placing your order.

Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Please allow up to 3 business days for us to prepare and pack your order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer standard and express shipping options within Australia:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery location.

Local pickup is available from our Trinity Park store. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for collection.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier services, weather events, or other factors outside of our control. We’ll do our best to assist with tracking and resolving issues if they arise.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Ultime Velo is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
